Obama (lots), Bill and Hillary, Strzok, Brennan, PELOSI, Feinstein...the cold psychopath, the zero compassion face. Charlie Manson, Ayatollah Khomeini...
Most other times it just captures unflattering face pictures.
To me it’s the “dead eyes”. No emotion no soul no life. Just lifeless eyes of
evil.
The 9/11 terrorists had that look.
