Roads are nearly empty in Dauphin County. There are no cases here, but surrounding counties do.

You actually might be on to something there. Given the sophistication of today’s software, you can print up any kind of official-looking document you’d like.

If Barack Obama were smart, he’d start a consulting service about this. After all, he’s an acknowledged expert on - shall we say - producing believable documents.

Personally, I don't think that would happen. Healthcare providers need to get to and from work.

I talked to tow state troopers in western PA about enforcement. They smirked and said only if they’re ordered to enforce closures.

Their car was a Dodge Monaco but one has a better chance finding a Crown Vic these days.
