Then you can go down to the town/county/state recycle center for your next supply.

Or they use clean t-shirts and other clean rags around the house. Part of our SHTF prepping is 5 gallon buckets to be lined with grocery or garden bags. Do your business and twist it closed and put aside to possibly be used again. In a pinch (pun inteneded) cut up some old sheets and there are more wipes. Sheesh. Does no one have any commonsense anymore? They call 911?

NEWPORT, Ore. (KMTR) — The Newport Oregon Police Department is notifying the public that they are not to call the emergency line simply because they ran out of toilet paper.
