I am far from an expert but having lived with inlaws with dementia I can attest to the fact that anger can be a part of it.

Might be dementia. More likely it’s The Donald Effect.

President Trump has been needling people like Biden, Pelosi, Brennan and others for months and even years about their corruption and criminality and he is constantly turning up heat little by little, just enough to keep them in near panic wondering when the next shoe will drop, but not enough to force them to resign.

This constant pressure keeping them on the edge over an extended period if time is really wearing them down and causing them make serious and very public errors that undermining their popularity and public support. These mind games will make these very powerful people very vulnerable when Trump finally decides to drop the hammer on them
