Biden is senile, angry, and talks too fast.
Did anybody catch him stop talking mid-sentence, then say:
“Why did I stop talking. Nobody else ever stops talking?”
Jill: C’mon man, take him home and make him some soup.
Biden whined allot throughout the debate. I think because SC was suppose to be his fire wall he at least expected the other candidates to go after him.....but he was hardly given the floor to speak....and when he had it he just whined further for the most part...
