LOL. OK tough guy or girl (my bet is girl, btw) when the feces hit the fan and goods and services are disrupted, stores aren't exactly going to be brimming with food. I and many others aren't the wild-eyed preppers clutching a Gadsen flag that you think. But it's good to have plans and an emergency supply of food, water, and medical/firearm equipment. If that makes me a snowflake, guilty as charged and I'll even binge-watch some My Little Pony cartoons.
How is being prepared considered being a snowflake?
I imagine our brave WWII heroes (that you referenced) were also....prepared, for emergencies.
Dont apologize to me, apologize to the person you posted your rude snowflake comment to.
Fine. You starve when TSHTF.
What difference does it make to you what others do with their time and money?
If you’d rather be dependent on the goodness and good will of the federal government, have at it.
Many of us trust it far less than you do.
Did it ever occur to you that we are basically the first couple generations that did NOT prepare for contingencies, like winter, being out of touch with people for long periods of time?
How do you think our ancestors survived winters?
