It’s called preparedness. It’s why we have FEMA too.
Even if corona doesn’t get out of control, it’s a big wake up call. Massive strategic mobilization will probably need to be something that can’t be planned after it’s need arises.

We need to be setting up large open air quarantine facilities in Hawaii and on the US Minor Outlying Islands.

If in a month they are unnecessary, all that's lost is some canvas and some sweat.

If we need them in a month and they're not there, we are f***ed.

Every epidemic wargame (Dark Winter, Atlantic Storm, Virus X) shows the right decisions always get made, but they always get made too late.

For once, Team USA is an all star team and they are staying, for once, ahead of the curve.
