I do not know if it is or not. 95% seems high to me. However if you are running for President on the dimoKKKRAT ticket that statement will not help at all.

Looking at the statement as he made it invites dissecting who is a minority. He would have been correct and just as accurate to have said 95% of these murderers are Democrats or potential voters in the Democrat demographic.

With the discussion turned in this direction, the next step would be to point out that subtracting the gun crimes committed in Democrat controlled cities from the US overall crime statistics would lower the US rates to those of Europe.

The problem is not minorities, the problem is Democrats.
