Personally I think Trump’s been busy reviewing top candidates at DoJ (including FBI, CIA, etc.), not just the NSC and State Dept posts....
That is why we haven’t heard any firing from that department. It also could be the long-waited Durham report.
But I think Durham report will be just like Horowitz report, lots of noises but buried in details (who would read > 1000 page report?) and McCabe/Wray/The Ohrs/Strzok/Page/etc. etc. still get to ‘retire on cushy gubmint pension’. I hope not, but after so many promises, I am not holding my breath.
Many people here forget that Durham's initial inquiry is now a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. You have to remember there are numerous bad actors involved and will take time to dot the i and cross the t if he and Barr are to prosecute. This is a very complex case reaching back to the Steele dossier. Think of all the documents/evidence they have to pour through, and the countless interviews and/or depositions that Durham is dealing with.
If Durham does his job right, which most believe in his integrity, this will be the REAL draining of the Swamp. I'd be surprised if there is not a Grand Jury already empaneled. Also, realize there has been NO leaks regarding Durham's criminal investigation. That alone says a lot.
I keep hearing this term -- "Durham report".
I don't want a Durham report. I want Durham indictments.
Reports have a nasty way of being shuffled aside...
