I understand that Hillary did not specifically name Gabbard as a Russian asset. Others confirmed that was her meaning, but that might be difficult to prove in court, given Hillary's remarkable talent as a liar.

The current weakness of this appraoch is that the court system, which has its own policing mechanism, are fundamentally aligned with the DEM party.

The courts will see to it that one side gets punished more by the process.

The law is like a gun. It is a tool. It can be used for good or it can be abused. The law is not inherently either.
