I don't agree with your assessment. Roberts is pretty much doing his job as legal arbitrator and almost sleeping through the dem/soc's repetitive non-evidential bloviating. No, I'm not happy with his "the fine is tax" ruling on obambicare. So far, I see nothing wrong with his few comments and neither does Tucker, Laura or Shannon Bream on Fox. Forget Hannity, same ole, same ole, every night.

Remember, the Chief Justice is only there to enforce procedural rules and Constitutional law. He's not there to reprimand or judge individual comments, as outrageous they may be. That happens in a real court of law by a judge.

This is political by definition and does not have the same legal guidelines. Roberts is mostly just an over-seer and really just a vegetable over-looking the process. The dem/socs and the defense team can battle it out how ever they see fit.
