The movie was very good, but it is rated R, and there are some scenes that are tough to watch. (I’m sure the scenes in real life were tougher to watch.)
My late brother was a deacon in his church and they had a rule on not watching any movies rated 'R' or worse. This is a common and mostly sensible rule in the more observant churches. However, there are these movies that have this rating for reasons other than sexual situations.
When Mel Gibson's 2004 movie, "The Passion of the Christ" came out, I pointed out to him that he should discuss this rule within his church as it would hardly bring any disrepute for a congregant to see a deacon going to see that 'R' rated movie.
My further comment was that with Hollyweird being the ones to rate their own products and with their LEFT biases, these rules need to be discussed on an individual basis rather than being absolutes. We did go with family to see that one and select others in the years before his passing.
Im sure you mean well.......and we had that rule for our children too!
But if ever a teen needs to see a movie, it is certainly this one!
This movie cuts through the Planned Parenthood lies like no other!!!
13 and above should see it!
13 yr olds can and do get pregnant!
They need to know the facts.
