Meaningless ruling about a meaningless case. IIRC, the ‘plaintiff’ tried the claim of asylum, got denied, accepted the transfer program that NZ had, refiled the asylum case, got denied, did an emergency appeal to the UN Human Rights Commission which has now ruled in his favor. He wants out of the contract he signed as part of the transfer program, retain his old citizenship but get a work card, and qualify for ‘better’ housing.

We’ve got far more damage from flooding and fires here in the US - perhaps it’s time for the US to appropriate some land in Central America for US citizens?
