Apologies, Crusher138, for "refining" your coordinates! These are for a totally different (and huge) mosque -- on Jamkarān street and the edge of town (as seen in the photo)... They are within a fraction of a meter of the centerline of that stack of gold balls -- to which the "red Flag" is affixed.
The above photo was apparently taken with a long lens from atop the westernmost of the pair of minarets immediately to the north of the dome. The objects in the photo (buildings, light poles, streets, fields, etc.) line up well with that viewpoint...
