One by one, my family got out. I think it’s a nice place to live if you are filthy stinking rich - or you are an MI-13 member. But for the rest of us, it’s no longer even a nice place to visit.

I’m being a bit hyperbolic, of course, but I stand by the premise. Not every place in the state is the same, but they are all governed by the same state government and its rules.
