Pretty sure this is part of a ploy, he’s just a placeholder until a few things shake out. However, if the puppetmasters need compliant idiots they’d have that in Biden. Remember Tim Kaine? The left wants idiotic VP’s that, should the President falter, the VP slides right in with nary a thought of his own.
