Or are you saying that the 2.2 million in expenses are not the genuine expenses?

Actually the numbers seem to be accurate. The Biden Foundation lists a single grant to a charity and it is named on the Form 990 .. it was the Biden Cancer Initiative. Yikes! So this is how a family’s charitable foundation makes a charitable donation, to another foundation it controls.

This form states that a large part of the money that come into it is from government grants. Does this mean taxpayer money.? It lists five different donations of $500,000 each. There are no names listed in the adjacent column. Is that to protect privacy (access-seekers) ? Or hide the fact that it comes from taxpayers?

The mission statement of the Biden Foundation is a long list of educational priorities. I guess this is similar to the Clinton Foundation where there is no (or very few) end users of their money. No children whose hospital bills are paid, no disabled vets who get a hand-controlled Van, etc. Just meetings to Raise Awareness, etc. and very highly paid employees. The top two salaries are $233,478 and $163,500. Nice pay.
