Be sure to refrigerate at least some of the pizza because you might like it cold because it brings out the seaweed flavor better that way. I plan to refrigerate the entire pizza the next time I make this dish.

Classic New Haven/New York/Jersey pizza with normal toppings is SO much better than any pan pizza relying on “Old Bay” Seasoning.

I’m sorely tempted to set aside your attention-seeking
in favor of heckling you for your disgusting taste in
pizza ingredients.

Hmmmmmm. Have to think on that one before trying it. But in any event I love eating Calamari. In fact tomorrow I’m headed out to a favorite seafood restaurant across town tomorrow where one of the side dishes I like so much is deep fried Calamari. Ummmmmm so good.

The Old Bay seasoning is NOT on the pan pizza. That is what I boiled the octopus legs in BEFORE I cooked the pan pizza.

Oh, I know that Octopus and Calamari are not the same thing but your article reminded me of Calamari which is closer to being Squid than Octopus.

Not only is calamari closer to squid, it IS squid but it sounds so much better to say you ate calamari than squid.

I've never chugged any bleach but I'm certain I wouldn't like it.

Seafood is to be fried or grilled, never boiled.

It's in the Constitution or something.

Grasshopper Pan Pizza? Perhaps my next project.

Yeah, try eating octopus without boiling it first...unless you enjoy chewing on rubber.

I haven’t tasted a dogshit pizza either but I’m comfortable giving it a poor review.

Um... all of that boiling doesn’t make the octopus tough?

Also, do you peel and gut the octopus before making the pizza?
