That’s what I thought, as well. Didn’t it happen when they seized the laptop during the child molestation(?) case they were working? NYPD TARU got in there, found the info and turned it over to the FBI, if I’m not mistaken.
On a side note, if that is in fact how it all played out, no telling how much of that info made it’s way to the White House.
If Rudy received a copy of the emails, I would imagine the president is well aware of the content.
