I have no idea whether he would or not.
One thing I do know is you won't find out anything until you write him.
Let me know if he writes back and what his answer is...if you ever bother to write him.
I have written him probably over a hundred times in 20+ years, never got a response. I have seen a couple of items show up on his page that I sent to the hot issues, but it may or may not have been due to me reporting.
Anyway, I am going to try to break the habit. I have seen enough.
