Dinosaurs would be here today, if, they had a way to tax other dinosaurs for dinosaur induced climate change. (Ignore that rock from outer space.)

It can not be cloned because cloning is done from living tissue that has fairly intact DNA, like the frozen Mammoths. This dinosaur is so old that all the living tissue has fossilized into dead rock. You cannot clone dead rock.
