No, the United States was not founded in 1619 when black people first came to the new world.
I believe that the founding of African countries began with the arrival of Europeans. The people that worked so hard to bring modern agriculture, law, sanitation and science to the primitive continent.

Its conclusion: Slaves were economically better off before emancipation than after it. It's a two-volume work, and the economic theory is explained in Vol. 2, while the easier-to-read narrative reporting the conclusions is in Vol. 1.
