Google owns government Patents which ban free competition. You bet they must respect the First Amendment, or else relinquish their monopoly.

I agree with all that, but her suit's going nowhere if she tries it on 1st Amendment grounds. A technicality, for sure, but that case won't fly.

I still like Tulsi, as I think she’s the most conservatives Dem running, which isn’t saying much, but is saying something. On the other had, look at the people she needs votes from - so she does all she can for the votes, but she’ll still lose big...she’s not liked by the base regardless.

She’s attractive and she served. That’s enough to make people say stupid things that should know better.
