So very true. This situation at hand is beyond the pale - Mom gets to decide to mutilate and ruin the life of her child, most likely to spite the ex, and the court sees this as a 'benefit' to the son? WTF?!
This desire to be the first on your block with a PC mutilated child is way past sick and running full speed into abject evil. I can only imagine that Mom is destined for one of the worst rings of hell.
It’s also a case of where junk science masquerading as ‘experts’ that a court looks to for guidance in its rulings, this is how junk science hurts society and real individuals personally.
I call them trans-trenders. They make life very hard for folks who are truly trans due to an endocrine defect, like my child.
