I was waterboarded twice, as part of my extensive military training.

I say it is not torture.
It is a psychological process that can be used in the field to convince people to talk.

Now, personally, I find using certain psychoactive drugs to make people WANT to talk to be more effective, and much more pleasant to endure.

But I say that waterboarding is not torture.

I thought fraternity initiation was worse.
