Who knows how long six days is to God. There are a lot of scriptures I don’t take literally. Like holy communion that bread is really jesus and that wine is really blood.
Exactly. If you take it all literally, you will be chewed up and spit out in a debate with any atheist that actually knows the content of the bible.
I believe somewhere in Genesis (I could be very wrong on this) it says that time was made for Man. I figure God can do whatever He wants in his own time! I think He said “Day” so that we would understand that there were divisions between the things that he created. But I could very well be wrong.
