OK, Wikipedia reports Jar is a Hungarian branding of what we know as Dawn, from P&G. Manufactured in the UK and shipped into the EU with various labeling, the most popular of which is Fairy.
So ... without knowing the source of this image, I am guessing this guy is an EU Antifa member.
