Real Constitutional Carry would be a law that eliminates all laws and restrictions on keeping and bearing arms. The 2Amd admits of no restrictions or exceptions to the RKBA. It is absolute. No authority may restrict- infringe- on the right. Age limits of any sort are infringements. Restrictions of types of arms one may own and carry, i.e. machine guns and F-22s etc., are prohibited. The market and physical strength are the natural and Constitutional restrictions allowable under the 2Amd.
