My wife is so pissed off about the Smollett case, but I keep telling her "Smollett going to jail or not is insignificant in the grand scheme of things."

The damage the case has done to BLM, reparations, LGQBT, Michelle Obama, Chicago Dems, Hollywood, the police/Dem party compact, and the whole lionization of victimhood movement has been priceless.

The timing of the ultimate election backlash will be key - when the payoffs are "uncovered" is crucial.
