so glad to read that your last test was cancer free.
I use flax seed meal in muffins.
Have you heard of using flax see to remove a foreign object from your eye? This is an old treatment, taught to me by a neighbor decades ago. You pull down the lower skin of the eye and drop one seed into the red part. Close your eye and blink a couple of times (with eye closed), then very gently put your finger on the skin that covers your eyeball. You’ll feel where the seed is. Gently and slowly move the seed around. Then just keep the eye closed. The seed will move to the corner of your eye and whatever is bothering you will be attached to it. Sounds crazy, but I’ve done it many, many times to myself and others.

That’s the second time someone has mentioned the flax seed in the eye to get rid of a foreign object. I will have to remember that. Flax seeds when moistened make a gel so it makes sense the the object would stick to it.

Flax seeds are considered very good for breast cancer prevention and if one is getting over it but sadly every time I tried to eat them I got horrible gastric upset. Tried quite a few times. I still have a huge jar in the fridge. Maybe if I ground up in muffins, tried every other way I could think of. Yes, I am very thankful for the test results. No more doctors for me!
