Vitamin D3 – helpful for immune system, even if not low in Vit D, which people who do not go in the sun much often are low

Turmeric - powerful anti-inflammatory, many uses, also anti-cancer – at least 1 teaspoon or more daily
Green tea- esp Matcha powder – anti-cancer properties – 1 teaspoon or more daily
Graviola – soursop leaf extract – helps growth of new healthy tissue, used for cancer, acid reflux and other conditions

Especially for breast cancer, the first two do more or less what Tamoxifen does
Flax seeds (at least 3 T) especially used ground eaten in cottage cheese, or however one can get them down
Shatavari - 1 to 2 teaspoons daily
Vitex/Chaste Tree Berry - helps protect and reduce lumps in breast, also generally anti-cancer
