I’m not a “real” migraine sufferer, but I just had a chance to try out the peppermint oil solution. I had just got home from the grocery story and was separating a massive chicken purchase into freezer-size bags when I noticed a scintillating pattern in my vision as well as some dropouts in the captions for the French movie my wife was watching.

As an experiment I applied peppermint oil around my eyes, on my forehead, and on the back of my neck. Within 10 minutes, the scintillations disappeared and I could read every letter in the captions. Coincidence?

No coincidence AZ.

I use peppermint oil frequently. I even use it with a nose tape at night. Husband asks for a nose tape and the oil now too. Clear breathing, no stuffiness.

I bought liquid cayenne and have been putting a drop or two in one of my two cups of black coffee in the morning.

Say did you see Bid Daddy’s Tiffany Blue time tonight at the rally?

And no Rolling Stones after rally ended.

Gotta mean something.
