Next up, peppermint oil.
- Apply to temples when you have a migraine, or on foot soles or neck for fever or hot flash.
- Apply to face and inhale from palms as a late afternoon wake-me-up/coffee replacement.
- Diffuse for focus in the office, or for concentration during FReeping.
- When applied topically, peppermint oil helps drive in other oils faster and deeper.
- Add a few drops to a capsule to help with occasional nausea and to support healthy digestion.
- Put a drop in your water bottle to support your exercise performance.
- Add a drop to hot cocoa. Add to snack-time tea to curb your appetite. Put five drops of peppermint oil in your next batch of brownies.

Rub peppermint oil over your abdomen, to relieve nausea and stomach cramps.
