Then I made the heart formula I now take, and had a couple more very short and much less troublesome episodes, and now many months with no problems. I am going to keep taking. I found out a while ago that my father (who died in 2005) had had a pacemaker implanted; he was a very secretive man, so we children didn’t know until after his death. So I probably inherited some issues.
Mostly Arjuna, with some Hawthorne, Jatamansi and Tagar as supportive. A bit of cinnamon can be useful to add to aid circulation.
