Everyone is different.

I’m all for natural methods and diet if it works. I wish I didn’t have to take meds but without them I have no quality of life at all.

I’m on a gluten free diet per my endocrinologist.

I need to lower my carbs next or really cut back on the rice and legumes. I’m finally not gaining weight, but it sure would be nice to be able to lose again.

I was all set to take synthroid, but then the most recent blood test had such a good number I don’t need to. WHatever works, and each person is unique. Maybe if you added Kanchanar guggulu, it might give a bit more oomph in the thyroid and associated functions.

I also have so many allergies/reactions to drugs and other things, (had anaphylactic shock, thankfully in a hospital setting) that I always try natural if possible. I did take Tamoxifen after the surgery but in 4 weeks had such horrible side effects (hardly anyone gets any!) I had to stop.
