In most areas they are extremely prevalent. Bromine is everywhere, including most bread. It’s in carpets, fabrics, upholstery, etc. Flouride and Chlorine are everywhere too.

This is an important fact though: you will not ever be able to avoid these (or any other toxins) but the way you detox is by getting sufficient minerals from food and supplementing. That is what detoxes us.

Hmm, I have no carpets, upholstery, made my own curtains from muslin cotton, make all food from scratch, mostly organic ingredients. Maybe I’m not getting those things. I make my own tooth powder, don’t use any personal care products that have weird ingredients either.

Bromine and fluoride and chlorine are everywhere-and salt has been demonized.

My endocrinologist says very few people are iodine deficient nowadays but if you cook everything from scratch and don’t use iodized salt, don’t eat fish or seaweed and are continually exposed to things that cancel out iodine it stands to reason that you might need a little iodine.
