Regarding capsules vs tablets, what we do with tablets is put them in a small cup and pour very hot water so they at least somewhat dissolve, and then swaller down. Or use the powder. There are many, many other brands as Ayurvedic herbs have become very popular. I only trust a few brands that I know test ingredients in their own labs and have good track records. A lot of herbs from India and China are tainted and thus I am very careful with which brands I use. Banyan Botanicals is top notch.
