Banyan Botanicals is an excellent company, as well as Starwest Botanicals, high quality. They’re both the same price. Tablets are available but since Shatavari has a mildly pleasant taste, and 1 teaspoon is a good dose, no need for more expensive, and hard to digest, tables. I’ll post about another herb shortly.
