I saw your comment about fasting and thought “I should post about fasting!”. Beat me to it. But I’ll post later on (been a CRAY CRAY day so far, water still out...). There are many views and methods about fasting, and I have a bit o experience, and since my field is Ayurveda, I can post about that. Different ways work well for different people, and also depends on what they’re detoxing from. What is Xeneplex?
Coffee suppositories 😜 Havent tried it yet…working my way through the more “subtle” methods of detoxing. (And I’d much rather drink my coffee 😁☕️)
