I started out with just a feeling of a blocked ear, which lasted for years.
Then last year it started a small ringing sound.
This progressed to a seashell sound and at times became a roaring sound that made it hard to hear anything.
Then this year I started having episodes of dizziness and a few times vertigo.
I googled around until I landed on Meniere's Disease.
Of course MDs have no idea what causes it.
THANKFULLY I went to www.Earthclinic.com and Ted who runs the place said he firmly believed it was viral. This is a great website of natural remedies, listed by ailment. Bookmark it.
Even better, he specified a treatment he saw work. I read it over and it seemed easy with no downside, so I did it. Here it is.
Glad to share. I feel for anyone who deals with this.
Caveat:
YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION. I’m not a doctor. I’m passing on the one thing that worked for me. Since there is no safety downside I can discern, I didn’t hesitate to do it. I really don’t know if it will work with every cause of tinnitus, but it worked for me.
Here is what he wrote:
“This is the simplest possible cure for this condition. You should see a dramatic reduction in tinnitus, dizziness, vomiting in a matter of days. The cause is a virus, likely to be a herpes viruses. The condition attacks the area and when you first have it, you know when it started.
"The point is, the very first week usually 90% is gone on the first week."... this is my understanding of Ted's post, and what I did. I wrote it out to make it easier for me visualize.
FOUR DAY TREATMENT:
Day 1 has 6 doses Days 2, 3,4 have 4 doses
...DAY 1: 6 doses as follows...
🔸 Dose 1: 1000 mg of vitamin C + 1200 mg of Lysine
55 minutes later
🔸 Dose 2: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later
🔸Dose 3: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later
🔸Dose 4: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later
🔸Dose 5: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later
🔸Dose 6: take 1200 mg of lysine....... END OF DAY 1 .........
... Day 2 - Day 4: Only 4 doses per day...
🔸 Dose 1: 1000 mg of vitamin C + 1200 mg of Lysine
55 minutes later
🔸 Dose 2: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later
🔸 Dose 3: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later
🔸 Dose 4: take 1200 mg of lysine
55 minutes later‼️ REPEAT THE DAY 2 treatment on day 3,4 ‼️
....... END OF DAY 2-4 .........
To make sure it’s completely gone, you try to take at least 1200 mg of lysine dose twice a day for the next 30 days, or longer.
[In my case, by day 3 it had greatly reduced and was gone by the end of day 4.
🔺 For the tougher cases, an aspirin 500 mg can be added along with the vitamin C on before starting on the daily doses of lysine.
[And mine did come back almost immediately, much reduced, but still came back. I decided to give it another round with the aspirin included.
🔸 That means on Day 1, vitamin C 1000 mg + aspirin 500 mg before starting the 6 doses of lysine on *first* day, 4 doses on second day, 4 doses on the third day, 4 doses on the fourth day.
“It’s a four day remedy that usually kills most of the herpes out of the system. If it isn’t out, the attacks will be far and between, instead of getting more frequent attacks with each coming year, until it becomes very debilitating. I managed to see a couple of cures, from this Meniere’s disease.”
A few personal notes from my experience:
• Every time I took a dose I set the countdown timer on my phone for 55 minutes so I would remember. Kept me on track. Made it easy.
• I also kept a scratch pad and made a hash mark every time I took a dose so I didn't lose count.
• First time I did this treatment, my ringing was gone by end of day 4.
• Started doing the twice a day treatment above.
• Came back a few days later. I assumed it was a tough case and decided to do the whole treatment again, but add the aspirin as suggested.
• I could not find 1200 mg Lysine. I ended up using Now brand 1500 mg instead.
• it has now been 5 or 6 weeks and I've had no recurrence of ringing, roaring, seashell, nor dizziness!
• I read that bee propolis is effective against herpes viruses and other viruses, so I added 500 mg of that once a day. What the heck, why not?

Lemon bioflavonoids are pretty effective at reducing or eliminating tinnitus.
Maybe use instead of vitamin c in the protocol above.
