I bet you mean baking soda! :-D
I forgot to mention a couple of other things - I make mouthwash with essential oils, since they don’t disperse, I have to shake it well before pouring into a cup. I will describe later what I use.
The other thing is calcium carbonate, it is considered to help re-mineralize teeth, I add to mouthwash and tooth powder.
My bad! Baking soda. I also scrub my face with it.
