THere’s another guggulu formula I’ll post about soon, specifically for joint pain.

Thanks for the guggulu suggestions. I went to Banyan, got some Gokshuradi Guggulu, and some other stuff to balance my pitta.

On another thread I posted about a new essential oil blend intended to counteract spike protein:

https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/red-cedar-bliss-essential-oil-blend

Because of FDA regulations, the company can’t say anything about medical effects, but — according to an inside source — flushing the spike protein, flushing vaxx detritus, and combatting the inflammation due to the spike protein were the goals. I don’t know the science behind it.

You noted the ingredients: Orange, Clove, Laurus Nobilis, Helichrysum, Frankincense, and Western Red Cedar essential oils.

Orange is a feel-good oil when diffused, and helps with overall wellness when ingested. Clove is another feel-good oil, also anti-viral. Laurus Nobilis cleanses, provides immune support, and has antioxidant properties. Helichrysum is my go-to for healing wounds and bruises, also good for the skin in general. Frankincense provides huge immune support, is amazing for the skin, and enhances spirituality — no wonder Jesus got it as a Birth Day gift!

I have all of these, and have used them all (except maybe the laurus nobilis) with good effects. The one I didn’t have is the the Western Red Cedar oil. Since Young Living doesn’t sell it separately, I ordered some from MountainRoseHerbs.com, who say:

* Organic western red cedar essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of Thuja plicata. This oil has a long reputation in the Pacific Northwest for supporting many systems both in and out of the body. With a strong physical and spiritual background its no wonder this oil remains one of the most popular on the market.

* Beneficial to the nervous, respiratory, and skin systems this oil can be used for many purposes and will often affect multiple systems at once. It is most commonly applied in aromatherapy with the use of a diffuser, spray or added to a personal inhaler.

* Aroma: This oil has a strong, fresh-green aroma with sharp undertones of musk and wood.

* Constituents: This oil contains α-thujone, β-thujone, fenchone, sabinene, and terpinen-4-ol.

* Blending and Uses: This oil blends well with black pepper, cedarwood, citrus oils, ginger, and sandalwood.

* For seasonal respiratory issues blend western red cedar, sweet marjoram, and ginger in a diffuser or personal inhaler.

* To decompress in the evening try western red cedar with sweet orange, cedarwood and vetiver.

* This oil is beneficial to the skin, to apply simply combine with a carrier oil and geranium or helichrysum. Alternately you could add to your facial toner, cleanser, or serum for added benefits.
