Update on face rash: it has improved greatly. Patient reports that there was dry flaking skin post-vinegar treatments, however we feel that was to be expected. I saw it today and I think it is 75% improved from a few weeks ago. Good result! I suggested she do the treatment again.
That is good news. Very mild oil could be applied; I currently use almond oil for skin uses.
