I looked into magnesium and to me the magnesium citrate seems the best one. Other people know more about supplements than I do; herbs are my niche. I did look up magnesium for leg cramps, and this seemed the best kind of taking as a supplement. Do not over do. I did one night and boy was I sorry. Dosage is 1 t. which I usually took at night. I took a huge heaping t. one night. no no no
