What is good treatment for psoriasis
?
I am just seeing this, I will add you and I do have info about psoriasis; never treated anyone with it, but there are several herbs that work well for all kinds of skin conditions including chronic, difficult ones. In fact I am helping a friend of a friend who has lupus, it’s the kind that causes unslightly and painful/itchy skin inflammation and some swelling in her hands. She’s already feeling better.
I will post info tomorrow. If you can give me any details about what the symptoms are, that would be helpful.
The best herbs for dealing with itchy/painful/red/inflammatory skin conditions are turmeric, burdock and gotu kola, and manjista. You can take up to a few teaspoons of turmeric a day, however you can get it down. Golden milk is a good way, I make it with extra turmeric. I read in one herb book written by a practitioner (the only herb books I like), that a woman with life long severe eczema was cured in a couple of weeks with large doses of turmeric.
I wrote these up recently for a woman with lupus presenting with severe skin symptoms. She told me she’s feeling better, and all she got was burdock and turmeric, I’m going to get her some gotu kola. Neem tastes horrible but tablets would be easy to take. I didn’t give her any manjista as she wanted tablets or capsules only and I don’t know where to get manjista tablets or caps. I can probably locate a source if you want to check it out.
Manjista - inflammatory conditions, cools and purifies blood, skin conditions
Burdock - inflammatory skin conditions, rashes, detoxifies and cools the blood
Turmeric - best all around anti-inflammatory, skin disorders, “medicine cabinet in a jar”
Gotu Kola - chronic skin conditions, fortifies immune system
Neem - inflammatory skin diseases, cooling, powerful blood purifier
I can send links of where to get any of these, just ask. Burdock and Gotu Kola are not hard to find. I prefer powdered herbs rather than tablets or capsules, but whatever one can get down. I can give you approx. doses too.
