I will look extensively for it.
I know about the disease, but not the treatments.
It can only help, as knowledge is power!

May I also ask a favor/question?

My husband had colorectal cancer and had extensive chemo for it.
That was back in 2009.
(he is now cancer free, thank the Good Lord!)

BUT, he STILL has numbness and tingling in his finger tips.
What do you think might help?
Niacin, perhaps?

I was a Med Tech for almost 40 years, so can help answer questions about many medication, and am happy to offer any help should anyone need it!

Thank you and BLESS you guys for all that you do!

There may be various causes of tingling and I’m not a doctor.

If I were in his shoes, I’d visit a good chiropractor (ask friends for recommendations) and be checked for spinal issues impinging on the nerve that leads to that area.

I hope he finds relief!

I’ve been meaning to respond to you for some days. If you can find anything about these diseases meyer posted above, can you ping me? I will also search but since you have a medical field background you may grok the literature better than me. Nervous system? other? Regarding your husband’s finger situation, did it start at the same time as the cancer, or after the treatments? A very good chiropractor sounds helpful, and/or very good massage therapist.

ALC ((Lou Gehrig’s disease), or something called CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyecinating Polyneuropathy).
