I had to look it up. If you want to post a bit more information, I will ping the list and maybe someone knows about it. All I can think of are generic things that are good for eyes. Ping me if you post more; with more info I might have some kind of ideas, it involves circulation to the eye?

A good friend of mine has been diagnosed with non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). It is a potentially debilitating condition that occurs from a lack of sufficient blood flow to the optic nerve. She started experiencing some blindness in one eye, now she’s experiencing some blindness in both eyes. She’s in her early 60s.

The docs don’t seem to know much about what causes it or how to reverse it (if that’s even possible).
