Pinging the list - a post just above with links and resources for homeopathic remedies, and some info on bone health.

I posted above about using Arjuna for almost all heart problems, but it has other uses as well.

Bone health support - for breaks, fractures, osteoporosis and bone health in general. Many of these herbs have info posted above, and some I may post more about later.

Arjuna
Especially good for heart health, posted earlier

Tissues it supports: plasma, blood, muscle, fat, bone, nerve, marrow
Systems it supports: cardiac, respiratory, nervous, digestive, urinary
For aiding the knitting of bone fractures, Arjuna can be prepared with milk or combined with other herbs like Comfrey leaf (if not allergic) and Manjistha.

[be careful with comfrey, most people aren’t allergic but it makes some people vomit]

Manjista

Has many other uses especially for blood and skin problems, especially inflammatory, posted above on the thread.

Tissues: plasma, blood, muscle, bone, reproductive
Systems: circulatory, female reproductive, urinary, bone
Manjista speeds up the healing of wounds and ulcers. It stops bleeding including in the GI and urinary tract. For knitting bones, it combines well with Arjuna and comfrey leaves.

Nettle

Tissues: plasma, blood, bone, nerve and marrow
Systems: digestive, nervous, respiratory, urinary
Nettle is a nutrient rich herb that may be as beneficial as many of the more costly green food supplements. (If anyone lives near nettle growing, they can be picked - carefully - and steamed or simmered and eaten cooked with a little butter and salt and are definitely edible. I’ve had them.)
Nettle can be helpful in many conditions: edema, respiratory congestion, mucous accumulation in the stomach or colon. Removes uric acid from the system, useful for treating gout, arthritis and rheumatic conditions. Can help with bleeding disorders, itching skin disorders, and exposure to allegens such as mold, dust, pollens and chemicals.

Nettle is a good blood and bone building tonic rich in iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and silica, as well as a variety of other vitamins and minerals. It makes a decent tasting tea.

Shilajit

Tissues: Works on all tissues
Systems: urinary, reproductive, nervous, circulatory
Shilajit is a black tar-like mineral pitch that exudes from some rocks in the Himalayas, and forms as the result of decomposing vegetation. It is a rich source of minerals in ionic form, such as magnesium, zinc, iron, and silica, as well as humic and fulvic acid. It helps to build blood and bone tissue.
It has many other uses, mainly rejuvenative, I will post more about it in the future.

A few more helpful for bone health, most of these have info posted earlier on the thread:

Amalaki

Amalaki nourishes the bones and promotes the grown of hair, teeth, and nails, which in Ayurvedic medicine are considered the byproducs of the bone tissue. It helps with bone density conditions such as osteoporosis. It is a rich source of iron and Vit C.

Gotu Kola

Excellent rejuvenative for mind and nervous system that promotes cellular regeneration, helps to heal damage ot nerve tissue, and it strengthens nerve and bone tissue.

Yogaraj Guggulu

A traditional Ayurvedic compound used to treat many conditions, including rheumatioid arthritis (cured mine), osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and gout, Has affinity for joints, nerve tissue and I will post more about it in the future. It can help strengthen bones so can be useful for healing broken bones.
