I can write up how to make ghee if you’d like.
I would like to know how to make and cook with ghee.
I probably will not be canning it though.
I gave my pressure pot to a friend because I was injured and could no longer lift it, unscrew the lids, and that stuff. I still put a lot of food by (dehydrated) and still garden, but am unable to can.
IIRC, my brother used to make small batches of ghee and used fresh only.
