Thank you, lj. I react to the tiny amount of alcohol in tinctures too. I thought I was the only one! Thanks again.
I pour boiling water and let sit. I make tinctures of catnip, prunella and lemon balm and take them all that way. Alcohol hits my stomach like a mule kick even in very small amounts.
